During the installation of steel structure, the following problems shall be paid attention to:
1. Before the installation of steel structure, all members shall be comprehensively inspected, such as whether the number, length, perpendicularity of members and the size between bolt holes at installation nodes meet the design requirements; The defects generated during fabrication and deformation generated during transportation shall be corrected on the ground and properly solved.
2. The steel column and foundation are generally connected by embedded anchor bolts. Therefore, before installing the steel column, check the size between the column base bolts, whether the length exposed to the foundation surface, the elevation of the foundation top meet the design requirements, and whether the thread of the column base anchor bolt is damaged (generally, measures are taken during foundation construction to protect the column base anchor bolt and its thread from being damaged).
3. When hoisting the steel structure, proper measures shall be taken to prevent excessive bending and torsion deformation. The contact part between the rope buckle and the component shall be padded with cushion blocks to prevent the component from being damaged.
4. After the steel structure is hoisted in place, the support and other connecting members shall be fastened in time to ensure the stability of the structure.
5. The hoisting of all superstructure can only be carried out after the substructure is in place, corrected and fastened with supporting members.
6. Assemble a large installation unit on the ground according to the lifting capacity of the site installation machinery to reduce the workload of high-altitude operation.
